Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for COLLECTIVE+ by The Positivity Institute. If, for any reason, You need to review or cancel Your registration, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns below.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Positivity Institute, PO Box 918 Double Bay, 1360. NSW. Australia.
  • Service refers to the COLLECTIVE+ membership program and associated digital platforms.
  • Orders / Registrations mean a request by You to purchase a COLLECTIVE+ membership or place on the program.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Program Launch Guarantee & Protocol

COLLECTIVE+ is committed to delivering a high-quality community experience:

  • Program Cancellation: In the event that We decide not to proceed with the program prior to launch, every registrant will receive a 100% full refund with no deductions. Refunds will be automatically processed back to the original payment method under our protocol.

Member-Initiated Cancellation Rights

If the program proceeds and We have committed to launching:

  • Member Cancellations: If You choose to cancel Your registration after We have committed to proceeding, You will receive a refund of the total fee paid minus a 2.9% transaction fee.
  • Transaction Fee Note: The 2.9% fee covers non-recoverable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.
